Our interviews continue to discover the greats of international floorball.
This time we move to Finland, in an important club in its panorama, and we get to know a high level female goalkeeper.
Portiere esperto in forza in questa stagione alla Squadra SBSV Naiset, stiamo parlando di Sandra Henrichson, in Instagram Naami 92.

1) ciao Sandra Henrichson come stai? Allora racconta al nostro pubblico chi sei e cosa fai nella vita oltre al floorball?
1) Ciao, grazie. Mi sono appena laureata come contabile questo mese. Sono una finlandese-svedese (di tutta l'anima finlandese ma la mia lingua madre è lo svedese) e nonostante il mio essere atletica sono un grande fan dei giochi.
1) hi Sandra Henrichson how are you? So tell our audience who you are and what you do in life besides floorball?
1) Hi, good thanks. I just graduated as an accountant this month. I’m a finnish-swede (of all my soul finnish but my motherlanguage is swedish) and despite my athletic self I’m a big fan of gaming.
2) quando inizi a giocare a Floorball? Hai sempre giocato in porta? Ricordi la tua prima squadra ?
2) Ho iniziato a giocare a floorball solo pochi anni fa (sorprendente vero?). In realtà è una storia divertente.
Ho contattato la mia attuale squadra (la mia prima e unica squadra SBSV) via e-mail e non ho avuto risposta per un po '(non avevo mai giocato in porta a questo punto) e sono andata a provare in un'altra squadra.
Il giorno prima avrei dovuto dare la mia risposta finale alla squadra che ho provato a quest'altra squadra (SBSV) ha risposto e mi ha detto che posso venire e provare.
Sono andata lì la stessa sera e volevano che giocassi una partita di prova la settimana successiva.
Le donne erano fantastiche in SBSV (o in quel momento si chiamavano Tuplahuti) e ho deciso di rimanere in questa squadra.
Attualmente sto ancora giocando in questa squadra e siamo saliti dal fondo (4a divisione finlandese) a un punto più alto (2a divisione finlandese) e non potrei essere più orgogliosa.
Non ho mai ricoperto un ruolo diverso dal portiere non contando la scuola il 7 ° grado dove ho giocato come difensore in un torneo scolastico.
Non ho mai giocato in nessun'altra squadra e penso che sia una cosa davvero rara.
2) when do you start playing Floorball? Have you always played on goal? Do you remember your first team?
2) I started playing floorball only a few years ago (surprising right?). It’s actually a funny story.
I contacted my current team (my first and only team SBSV) by email and I had no response for a while (I had never played in the goal at this point) and I went to tryout at another team.
The day before I was supposed to give my final answer to the team I tried out to this other team (SBSV) answered and told me I can come and try out.
I went there the same night and they wanted me to play a rehersal game next week. The ladies were awesome in SBSV (or at that time they were called Tuplahuti) and I decided on a personal feeling I would stay in this team.
Currently I am still palying in this team and we have risen from the bottom (finnish 4th division) to a higher point ( finnish2nd division) and I couldn’t be prouder.
have never played any other position than goalkeeper if you don’t count 7th grade where I played defender in a school tournament.
I have never played in any other team than this team and I think that is an really rare thing.
3) parliamo della tua squadra, SBSV Naiset che obiettivi vi siete prefissati per questa stagione?
3) vogliamo vincere quest'anno. Vogliamo andare nella prima divisione finlandese e dire che ci siamo arrivati con tutto l'amore e la determinazione che abbiamo.
Salire in prima divisione sarebbe una cosa rivoluzionaria considerando che siamo cresciuti per 2 anni consecutivi.
Siamo sempre stati i così e lo adoro! Siamo ciò che i tempi moderni chiamerebbero ragazze potenti.
Non esiste una squadra maschile della SBSV e, queste ragazze, sfiderebbero molti ragazzi di talento, te lo giuro.
Al momento siamo in testa, ma è l'inizio della stagione, quindi può ancora succedere di tutto.
3) let's talk about your team, SBSV Naiset what goals have you set for this season?
3) we want to win this. We want to go to Finnish 1st division and say we got there with all the love and determination we have.
To rise to 1st division would be a groundbreaking thing considering we have risen 2 years in a row. We have always been the underdogs and I love it!
We are what modern times would call power girls. There is no male team of SBSV and these girls would challenge alot of guys in talent I promise you that.
We are currently leading but it’s the beginning of the season so anything can still happen.

4) invece Sandra, che obiettivi si è prefissata a livello personale?
4) Beh, penso sempre prima alla squadra, quindi questa è dura ma direi di lavorare tanto.
Ho il talento per mettere molta pressione e lavorare un al massimo su me stessa. Un altro obiettivo è essere praticamente il miglior portiere che posso essere, non dovrebbe essere l'obiettivo per tutti?
4) Sandra instead, what goals did you set yourself on a personal level?
4) Well, I always think of the team first so this is a hard one but I’d say not to work to hard. I have a talent of putting to much pressure and working a little bit to hard on myself.
Another goal is to avtually be the best goalkeeper I can be, Shouldn’t that be the goal for everyone?

5) cosa diresti ad una bambina che decide di fare il portiere ed inizia la sua carriera? Che consiglio gli daresti?
5) Direi che la pressione sarà sempre su di te, ma mantieni la testa calma e starai bene.
Poi gli direi congratulazioni per aver scelto la posizione più emozionante dove giocare.
So che i giocatori più fantastici sono i portieri.
5) what would you say to a little girl who decides to be a goalkeeper and starts her career? What advice would you give him?
5) I would say I know the pressure is always gonna be on you but keep your head calm and you’re gonna be just fine.
I would aldo say congratulations for choosing the most exciting position to play. I know the most awesome players are goalkeepers.

6) durante una carriera ci sono momenti alti ed altri bassi, qual'è il momento più bello della tua carriera? Ed invece qual'è stata la delusione che ancora ti brucia?
6) il più basso è stato quando non siamo saliti perché abbiamo fatto un gol in meno di un'altra squadra e questo mi dà ancora fastidio perché se avessi potuto evitare un gol nell'intera stagione saremmo saliti.
Il massimo è avvenuto l'anno successivo, quando in realtà abbiamo vinto tutto e finalmente abbiamo ottenuto il risultato che meritavamo come squadra.
6) during a career there are highs and other lows, what is the best moment of your career? And instead what was the disappointment that still burns you?
6) the lowest was when we didn’t rise because we made one less goal than another team and that still hunts me because if I coul’ve kept one goal from not happening the entite season we would’ve risen.
The high happened the next year when we actually won everything and finally got the outcome we deserved as a team.
7) A quale portiere ti inspiri? Hai un idolo nel tuo ruolo?
7) Ho sempre ammirato Tiltu Siltanen e probabilmente lo farò per sempre. Secondo me è il migliore delle portiere femminili in Finlandia.
7) Which goalkeeper do you inspire? Do you have an idol in your role?
7) I have always admired Tiltu Siltanen and I probably always will. She is in my opinion the root of female goalkeeper power in Finland.
