È stata presentata la rosa e lo staff della Nazionale Italiana Under 19, che prenderà parte alla fase finale del mondiale che si terrà a Lathi Finlandia a partire dal 8 al 12 maggio. 

La nazionale italiana partirà 3 giorni prima ed effettuerà un raduno tecnico tattico proprio a Lathi. 

Questo è un gruppo, che nel tempo ha fatto innamorare gli italiani, per il coraggio di affrontare tutte le partite, senza far conto dell'avversario che si ha di fronte. 

Oggi floorballmania vuole presentarvi una ad una chi sono queste ragazze ed il loro staff.

Elena Morosi, portiere che milita nel campionato Svizzero nella categoria Under 21, selezionata quest'anno nei raduni della nazionale, dotata di ottima posizione e coraggio nulla è scontato quando lei è tra i pali. Sarà sicuramente un valore aggiunto per le azzurre.

Aurora Masi portiere Azzurro che ha già difeso questa porta alle qualifiche di Besancon in Francia portiere che gioca in Italia, dotata di una buona posizione. Cresciuta nell'ultimo periodo, promette un grande mondiale.

Veronica Dì Già difensore storico della nazionale italiana under 19 e non solo, già selezionata per la maggiore, gode di molta esperienza. Timing, chiusura e blocchi sono la sua specialità, non molla mai e quando pensi che sia stanca, si sta solo asciugando il sudore. Gioca in Italia.

Marta Cavaldesi, gioca in Italia, vero Jolly azzurro una pedina importante, difensore, centro o attaccante, non fa differenza per lei. La ragazza sa interpretare alla grande ogni fase del gioco, dotata di una buona tecnica risulta sempre al di sopra della sufficienza. Una Certezza. 

Sira Raimann giocatrice che milita nel campionato Svizzero, difensore e attaccante sono i ruoli che predilige, dotata di una grandissima tecnica sa interpretare ogni fase del gioco, uno schema vale l'altro per lei. Nelle qualifiche francesi si è esaltata giocando tre partite una migliore dell'altra, se pensi di superarla devi prima parlarne con lei. 

Lynn Calarota, difensore molto fisico di buonissima tecnica con lei in campo non si parla, si gioca e basta, non aspettarti tante concessioni contro di lei. Nuovo innesto nella nazionale italiana under 19 femminile, si è distinta nel raduno di Bolzano. Gioca in Svizzera.

Maria Siebessi, gioca in Italia è un difensore nel giro azzurro under 19 da molto tempo. La sua crescita a livello tecnico tattico, ha fatto sì che lo Staff credesse in lei, il suo grande carattere gli ha permesso il salto di qualità. In Francia è andata bene, quando è stata chiamata in causa, ora promette di fare meglio in Finlandia.

Giada Campo è un difensore del campionato di categoria svizzera, molto fisico e dotato di una buona tecnica, gioca bene la pallina e sa difenderla ancora meglio, non molla nulla e se il gioco si fa duro, puoi contare sicuramente su di lei. Nuovo inserimento si è distinta nel raduno a Bolzano. 

Leandra Wyss è un difensore che milita in Svizzera, dotato di una buona intelligenza tattica, sa dove mettersi anche quando la fase di gioco si sposta in attacco ha una buonissima tecnica e prima del mondiale la vedremo anche nell'Euro Power challenge di Celano con la nazionale maggiore. 

Belen Lara Acosta, in Francia si è distinta e fatta conoscere, giocatrice italiana dotata di una grande tecnica individuale, non c'è nulla che non può fare con la pallina, se stai pensando di averla capita, lei cambia idea perché se n'è già accorta. In Francia ha fatto bene ora dovrà ripetersi e superarsi in Finlandia. 

Chiara Taini, attaccante italo svizzero, in Francia è stata nominata la migliore delle azzurre, gode di una prestanza fisica importante che la rende difficile da marcare, lei ama fare gol è il suo lavoro. Nell'ultimo raduno ha promesso di esplodere in Finlandia, noi tutti ce lo auguriamo.

Shara Buchel, un centro cresciuto raduno dopo raduno, lei è apparsa per la prima volta nelle qualifiche della Naz Italiana senior a Lignano Sabbiadoro, poco sfruttata dal vecchio Head Coach Simone Baratin, ha continuato a lavorare con l'under 19. Sara Pezzella, attaccante italiana che gioca in Italia, testa, cuore e velocità sono armi importanti per lei, dotata di una buonissima tecnica, la ragazza sa sempre cosa fare con la pallina. In Francia è stata molto importante ed ha gettato via quell'ombra di timidezza ed insicurezza che si portava sulle spalle ed è uscita fuori la vera lei. In Finlandia farà bene.

Elena Leu, attaccante che gioca in Svizzera, dotata di colpi importanti sa sempre dove mettersi per prendere il passaggio giusto, non dare mai nulla di scontato con lei, in Polonia fu decisivo il suo apporto nelle partite contro Austria e Canada. In Finlandia farà benissimo. 

Vittoria De Luca, attaccante italiana dotata di un grandissimo carattere, non ama le cose troppo leziose e non ama avere amiche in campo. Dotata di una buona corsa che si allinea con la sua tecnica, se stai pensando che la tua partita sarà una battaglia, puoi tranquillamente scrivere il suo nome. Gioca in Italia.

Giulia Dieni, attaccante che milita nel campionato italiano, dotata di ottimi colpi e di una buona tecnica, è cresciuta in maniera importante e giusta a livello fisico, lei non molla mai e puoi sempre aspettarti qualcosa di buono. In Francia è stato importante il suo il gol del pareggio con le francesi, che ha sbloccato la testa delle ragazze azzurre. 

Heidi Gallino, giocatrice che milita nel campionato svedese, tanta tecnica e tanta corsa, abbinata ad un bel caratterino, tutto concentrato in un fisico veloce ed esplosivo. In Francia si è esaltata ed ha mostrato ottimi colpi, ha giocato con costanza, ottenendo ottimi risultati in Svezia. In Finlandia promette scintille.

Maya Gentile, attaccante giovanissimo ed ancora in erba ma, dotato di un gran bel carattere e di una tecnica sempre in crescita, in Francia ha dato la sensazione che la ragazza può e deve starci, la Finlandia le darà tantissimo sotto il profilo tecnico e caratteriale.

Marta Pelliccioni, il killer. Attaccante italiano dotato di grandissima tecnica individuale e di un carattere niente male. Soprannominato il killer, per quello che fece in Estonia, in Francia ha fornito una buona prestazione giocando con un ginocchio in meno. Operata nel mese di novembre, a febbraio era in campo al raduno di Bolzano, ha continuato ad allenarsi ed ora è pronta a tornare. Capitano della Naz Italiana Under 19 femminile, promette un grande mondiale suo e della squadra, a tutti gli italiani.

Dario Falchi Head Coach della nazionale italiana dal 2021 dalle famose qualifiche Estoni. Ama le squadre che giocano con carattere, ha cambiato mentalità alla nazionale italiana under 19 femminile e questo ha permesso il vero salto di qualità. 

Si dice emozionato di sbarcare in Finlandia, ma nello stesso tempo sicuro di una bellissima prestazione della squadra, anche perché accompagnato da un grande Staff.

Abbiamo chiesto a Head Coach Falchi il segreto di uno Staff che funziona e lui ha risposto così:

Il segreto di uno Staff che funziona è il rispetto per il lavoro di tutti, dare a tutti la possibilità di esprimersi al meglio.

Avere uno Staff lungo per non farlo lavorare non ha senso, qui ognuno ha il suo compito e ne è responsabile, poi io mi prendo tutte le rogne, ahahah grande risata. 

Giorgio Picin, Assistant Coach, colonna storica della nazionale italiana senior maschile, accetta la proposta che Dario Falchi gli fa a ridosso delle qualifiche Francesi. Il suo modo di pensare, in linea con Dario Falchi, sempre deciso a giocarsi le partite da ancora più spinta alle ragazze. Lui si dice carico e positivo. 

Patrizio Beccarini, Assistant Coach, già nello Staff Senior femminile viene contattato da Dario Falchi, riceve la proposta under 19 femminile, quando il suo Head Coach senior Baratin si dimette. Accetta con grande entusiasmo ed il suo lavoro è risultato importante già nel raduno di Bolzano. 

Stefano Crotti Goalie Coach, già nella Nazionale italiana under 19 maschile, si dimette dopo alcuni anni, libero e disponibile accetta la proposta di Falchi e con grande entusiasmo comincia a lavorare sui portieri. In Francia il suo lavoro si è fatto già notare. 

Deborah Wagner, ex giocatrice della nazionale italiana, milita come atleta nel campionato Svizzero. In Finlandia avrà il compito di Game Analyst della nazionale azzurra under 19, la sua esperienza sarà di grande aiuto, dall'alto si vede meglio e lei è pronta ad osservare alla grande. 

Mattia Antonelli, Osteopata del team Azzurro sia senior che under 19, la sua capacità comunicativa è importantissima e le sue competenze danno tranquillità al gruppo gioco e non solo. Un vero professionista. 

Emanuela Blanchi, storica massaggiatrice della Naz Italiana Under 19 femminile, in Estonia ha fatto miracoli per tenere le ragazze in forma e abili a giocare, gli viene riconosciuto questo merito, ma non è il solo. Avrà un doppio ruolo in Finlandia. 

Leonardo Lanzoni, team manager della nazionale italiana under 19 femminile, personaggio storico del floorball nostrano e non solo. Lui non ha bisogno di presentazioni particolari.
