Martina Falchi portiere Black Lions da sempre e della Nazionale Italiana, segna un'altro record personale nel suo curriculum sportivo, già ricco di spunti molto importanti.
Ieri durante il match tra Viking Roma e Varese, Martina Falchi è divenuta il primo arbitro femminile della storia del Floorball Italiano ad esordire in un campionato di massima serie.
Martina, dopo essere stato il primo arbitro femminile in A2 ieri si è vista catapultate nel campionato di A1 in una partita non proprio facile.
La ragazza, in coppia con il padre Dario Falchi, è stata sicura nelle sue scelte e ferma sulle sue decisioni, ha diretto con sicurezza, la sua partita e le squadre in campo hanno rispettato la sua presenza e non, perché fosse una donna, ma perché lei sapeva ciò che fischiava confrontandosi apertamente, quando lo ritenesse opportuno.
Ma chi è Martina Falchi?
Dal 2015 entra a fare parte della società Black Lions e la porta ed il portiere sono subito il suo vero amore, mostra subito voglia di bruciare le tappe e lo fa parata dopo parata, allenandosi 5 volte a settimana.
Muove i primi passi con il padre Dario Falchi, poi arrivano le lezioni a Ciampino con Fabio Rocco, poi il suo primo vero allenatore di ruolo, Vito Adragna a Viking Roma, lui gli da molto di quello che oggi Martina sa fare.
Negli anni arrivano altri corsi e allenatori dai quali, intelligentemente, apprende sempre qualcosa.
Il suo primo Blindasave, in Lettonia, gli dà ciò che gli mancava e la rende consapevole dei suoi mezzi.
Esordisce nella nazionale italiana a Linz in under 19 e da lì in poi la maglia azzurra diventa l'altra metà della pelle, perché metà è per i suoi Black Lions, squadra che non ha mai abbandonato .
Oggi Martina Falchi è un affermato portiere italiano ed internazionale ,con più di 40 presenze in maglia azzurra che la rende la più longeva di sempre e, da quello che dice, difficilmente lascerà quella maglia a qualcuno.
Portiere al quale piacciono le sfide, laddove qualcuno vede l'impossibile, lei ci vede il possibile, la sfida, la voglia di battersi. È un portiere da carattere... Esplosivo.
A gennaio partirà per la Svezia dove ci sono già accordi con una società, ma di questo se ne parlerà più avanti. Di sicuro saprà giocarsi le sue carte anche lì.
Nei suoi impegni anche quello di Social Media Manager della nazionale italiana under 19 femminile e della federazione italiana.
Arbitro di serie A2 e da oggi primo arbitro italiano Femminile ad esordire in A1.
Martina si è anche candidata come rappresentante delle Atlete femminili, per il Comitato Atleti IFF.
La Federazione italiana Hockey Divisione Floorball, nelle vesti del suo Presidente Giorgio Rambaldi, oltre a complimentarsi con tutta la classe arbitrale, esprime la sua felicità per un'altro passo avanti con arbitri femminile ed ovviamente fa i complimenti a Mattina Falchi, auspicando la possibilità di vederla all'opera come arbitro, conoscendola già come atleta e portiere.
Complimenti già incassati, di persona, anche dal Segretario Generale Jorgen Olshov che ieri era presente alla partita.

After being the first female referee in A2, Martina yesterday found herself catapulted into the A1 championship in a not exactly easy match.
The girl, paired with her father Dario Falchi, was confident in her choices and firm in her decisions, she directed her match with confidence and the teams on the field respected her presence and not because she was a woman, but because she knew what she was whistling, openly confronting the issue when she deemed it appropriate.
But who is Martina Falchi?
In 2015 she joined the Black Lions club and the goal and the goalkeeper were immediately her true love, she immediately showed the desire to burn the stages and she did it save after save, training 5 times a week.
She took her first steps with her father Dario Falchi, then came the lessons in Ciampino with Fabio Rocco, then her first real role coach, Vito Adragna at Viking Roma, he gave her much of what Martina knows how to do today.

Her commitments also include that of Social Media Manager of the Italian under 19 women's national team and of the Italian federation.
A2 series referee and from today the first Italian female referee to debut in A1.
Martina has also run as a representative of the female athletes, for the IFF Athletes Committee.
