Non noi di Floorballmania che abbiamo sempre seguito con grande attenzione il movimento femminile italiano, oltre che tutto il resto del Floorball nostrano.
Non era semplice cambiare la testa delle ragazze, un'altra Italia quella che si è vista a Celano, bella e gradevole.
Il nuovo Staff, diretto da Rune Engstrom ha prima capito e poi, messo in condizioni le ragazze di fare e dare il massimo a seconda delle loro forze e capacità.
Non serviva urlare, ma parlare e questo il nuovo Head Coach ed il nuovo Staff l'ha capito sin da subito.
Serviva confrontarsi con i problemi delle ragazze e risolverli, serviva una squadra unita e così è stato.
Sono rimasto affascinato dalla grinta e dalla voglia di battersi di questo gruppo, ho visto ragazze fare errori ed al loro rientro in panchina, essere appoggiate sostenute dalle loro compagne, nonché dallo staff che, sempre con la cartellina in mano, era pronto a dare soluzioni.
Certo non sarà sempre così, probabilmente arriveranno i problemi, come giusto che sei, ma ora si ha la consapevolezza di aver intrapreso la giusta strada.
A Celano la mattina del sabato inizia presto, Italia e Spagna si affrontano alle 9:00 e la partita è da subito bellissima, il risultato finale vede le squadre chiudere sul 3-3, bene squadra e portiere che per l'occasione era Sheila Ebinger.

Poi dopo una pausa di un'ora circa, ancora l'Italia scende in campo per affrontare un agguerrita Ucraina che vuole imporre il suo gioco come fece in Spagna, ma non oggi.
l'Italia ribatte colpo su colpo, e la partita è sul 3-3, quando l'arbitro decreta un rigore a favore della squadra Ucraina.
Martina Falchi, portiere scelto per questa partita, ipnotizza l'attaccante e para il rigore, lasciando le speranze di una vittoria ancora aperte per la squadra azzurra.
Alla fine sarà 5-3 per le Azzurre che vincono e convincono, MVP della partita Martina Falchi.
Alle ore re 19:00 si è giocata l'Italia - Spagna, per la seconda volta le nostre azzurre tengono benissimo i primi due periodi poi, alcuni errori di stanchezza ci condannano alla sconfitta.
Nota della partita, Martina Falchi para anche qui un rigore bellissimo alla Spagna ed alla fine della match MVP Roberta Olshov.
La domenica si apre con Spagna - Ucraina e la vittoria della squadra Ucraina, che dopo la giusta pausa affronta l'Italia.

Not us at Floorballmania who have always followed the Italian women's movement with great attention, as well as all the rest of our local Floorball.
It wasn't easy to change the minds of the girls, another Italy was seen in Celano, beautiful and pleasant.
The new staff, directed by Rune Engstrom, first understood and then put the girls in a position to do and give their best according to their strengths and abilities.
