Floorballmania oggi in un pezzo al quanto inedito, ha intervistato il nuovo Head Coach della nazionale italiana Under 19 Femminile Dario Falchi.

Fondatore dei Black Lions, Dario Falchi si è sempre dimostrato attaccato a questo Sport, dando il massimo in ogni situazione.

Negli ultimi anni il suo settore giovanile ha sempre mostrato un gran bel floorball e regalato molti giovani interessanti.

Ora prende in eredità dall'amico Vito Andragna, la guida della nazionale italiana Under 19 Femminile. 

1) Buongiorno Dario, oggi sei dalla parte opposta del micro. Come stai e come vanno gli allenamenti? 

1) Strano ma vero, oggi sono l'intervistato. Si è strano ma curioso, sto molto bene ringraziando Dio, gli allenamenti vanno benissimo ci siamo fermati per una settimana riprenderemo da lunedì prossimo. 

2) Abbiamo illustrato, nel cappello iniziale, il tuo lavoro con i Black Lions e quello con i giovani che è sotto gli occhi di tutti. 

2) Mi piace lavorare con i ragazzi e con le ragazze, ho una mia concezione su come portare avanti il mio lavoro, credo molto nello sviluppo del settore giovanile perché penso che sia la base solida di qualsiasi movimento sportivo.

3) Ora la Nazionale Italiana Under 19 Femminile, cosa ne pensi? E come hai appreso la notizia? 

3) La notizia me l'aveva anticipata il mio amico Vito Andragna ex Head Coach dandomi le sue motivazioni, approfitto per salutarlo.  Della nazionale penso solo bene è un vero onore rappresentare la mia nazione ne sono orgoglioso per me è un vanto. Ringrazio la Federazione Italiana Unihockey Floorball per la possibilità che mi è stata concessa.

4) Da quanto segui il movimento Femminile? 

4) Bella domanda. Tutto nasce dopo le qualifiche di Linz, dove fui gentilmente accolto nello Staff da Giorgio Battaini. 

Mi ricordo che feci un pezzo il giorno dopo le qualifiche, chiamandolo le nove impavide di Linz. Pochissime giocatrice che hanno lottato come Leoni, le porto nei miei ricordi con piacere. Ecco li sull'aereo di ritorno parlando con Jorgen OLSHOV gli dissi che era ora di fare crescere la nazionale under 19 e quindi crescere il movimento Femminile.

Da lì in poi è storia recente, Vito fu scelto subito per una missione tosta. Poi tanti ricordi, Celano, Roma, Bassano Romano, Lignano ecc ecc. Tanti ricordi sino al presente. 

5) Oggi è arrivata la panchina da Head Coach, chi ti accompagnerà in questo cammino? Subito un banco di prova a Saku in Estonia.

5) Si oggi dopo tanti anni che seguo le ragazze arriva la panchina da Head Coach e ne sono felice, rendo ufficiale anche il mio nuovo Assistant coach che sarà Manolo Salvagno.

Ho scelto lui perché lo ritengo un ragazzo per bene, educato, preparato tatticamente e soprattutto benvoluto dal movimento italiano del floorball. Team manager della nazionale sarà Jorgen Olshov, con il quale proseguo e condivido questo lungo tragitto da ormai molto tempo, nello Staff anche Emanuela Blanchi e Susanna Giannó. 

Per quanto riguarda Saku, abbiamo prima il raduno ad Avezzano dal 3 al 7 agosto, li unitamente alla nazionale senior ed al suo Amico/ Head Coach Simone Baratin, lavoreremo sul gruppo e, con Manolo su qualche nuova idea per le ragazze.

Saku in Estonia sarà un banco di prova importantissimo, le ragazze sono fantastiche le conosco da troppo tempo ormai e so che nessuno di loro si tirerà indietro, tantomeno io. Mi fido di loro e con il lavoro che svolgeremo sul campo, sono sicuro che faremo delle belle cose... Anche a Saku.

In recent years his youth sector has always shown a great floorball and given many interesting young people. Now he inherits from his friend Vito Andragna, the leader of the Italian Under 19 Women's National Team. 

1) Good morning Dario, today you are on the opposite side of the micro. How are you and how are your workouts going? 

1) Strange but true, today I am the interviewee. Yes, it is strange but curious, I am very well thanking God, the workouts are fine, we stopped for a week then we will resume from next Monday. 

2) We have illustrated in the opening hat your work with the Black Lions, your work on young people is there for all to see. 

2) I like to work with boys and girls, I have my own conception on how to carry out my work, I strongly believe in the development of the youth sector because I think it is the solid basis of any sporting movement. 

3) Now the Italian Under 19 Women's National Team, what do you think? And how did you get the news? 

3) The news was anticipated by my friend Vito Andragna former Head Coach, giving me his reasons, I take this opportunity to greet him. I think only good about the national team is a real honor to represent my country I'm proud of it for me it's a source of pride. 

I thank the Italian Unihockey Floorball Federation for the opportunity that has been granted to me. 

4) How long have you been following the Women's movement? 

4) Good question. It all started after the qualifications in Linz, where I was kindly welcomed into the Staff by Giorgio Battaini. 

I remember doing a piece the day after qualifying, calling it the nine fearless in Linz. Very few players who have fought like Leoni, I carry them in my memories with pleasure. 

Here they are on the return plane, talking to Jorgen OLSHOV, I told him it was time to make the under 19 national team grow and therefore grow the women's movement. 

From then on it is recent history, Vito was immediately chosen for a tough mission. Then many memories, Celano, Rome, Bassano Romano, Lignano etc. etc. Many memories up to the present. 

5) Today the Head Coach bench arrived, who will accompany you on this journey? Immediately a test bench in Saku in Estonia.

5) Yes, today, after so many years of following the girls, the Head Coach bench arrives and I am happy, I also make my new Assistant coach official who will be Manolo Salvagno. 

I chose him because I consider him a good guy, educated, tactically prepared and above all well liked by the Italian floorball movement. 

Team manager of the national team will be Jorgen Olshov, with whom I have been continuing and sharing this long journey for a long time now, also Emanuela Blanchi and Susanna Giannó on the Staff. 

As for Saku, we first have the meeting in Avezzano from 3 to 7 August, together with the senior national team and his Friend / Head Coach Simone Baratin, we will work on the group and, with Manolo, on some new ideas for the girls.
