Torna la rubrica di Floorballmania, dedicata alle regole arbitrali e come ogni settimana Roland De Conno, Arbitro Federale italiano ed IFF, risponde alle domande che giungono nella redazione di Floorballmania.
La rubrica, condivisa ed in collaborazione con la Federazione Italiana Unihockey Floorball, sta suscitando molto interesse, stando alle domande che giungono alla nostra mail.
Ciao Roland partiamo con le nostre domande.
1) Il prossimo fine si giocherà finalmente, tu verrai a Roma? Cosa hai detto alla giovane coppia Arbitrale, Lombardo - Inchiostro? A cosa secondo te dovrebbero stare attenti?

Finalmente riparte (si spera per non fermarsi piú) il Floorball in Italia.
Con Max e Ricky ci siamo sentiti anche durante questi mesi di stasi, e nelle ultime settimane all'annuncio della coppa Italia ci si scambia messaggi giornalmente. Il messaggio è stato di tenersi pronti, fisicamente e soprattutto mentalmente.
Regolamento chiaro in testa, gestione delle situazioni, divisione del campo. A rifinire il tutto sarà la nostra osservazione da bordo campo, così potranno arbitrare con più tranquillità.
2) la partita si giocherà su due tempi da venti effettivi, c'è qualche protocollo particolare che i due arbitri dovranno rispettare e fare rispettare?
I due arbitri si atterranno al protocollo stilato dalla federazione. Il resto verrà dalle regole di gioco. Questa è la cosa che conta.
3) i controlli alle squadre, saranno sempre con l'appello nel gruppo di giocatori? Oppure sarà fatto al tavolo senza avvicinarsi? Come reputi questa cosa utile oppure ormai la reputi superata? Come funziona negli altri campionati più illustri la fase del controllo Giocatori?
L'appello non viene fatto ormai da qualche stagione. Semplicemente ci limitiamo a contare che i giocatori segnati sul referto di gioco siano quelli effettivi in campo. E aggiustare il tiro prima dell'inizio della gara. Sono le squadre ad averne la responsabilità. Altrimenti verrebbero anche meno le penalità del caso.

Hi Roland let's start with our questions.
1) The next end will finally be played, will you come to Rome? What did you say to the young referee couple, Lombardo - Ink? What do you think they should be careful about?

Finally the Floorball in Italy starts again (hopefully not to stop anymore).
We also spoke with Max and Ricky during these months of stagnation, and in the last few weeks, when the Italian Cup was announced, we exchange messages daily. The message was to be ready, physically and above all mentally.
Clear rules in mind, management of situations, division of the field. To refine everything will be our observation from the sidelines, so they can referee with more confidence.
2) the game will be played on two halves of actual twenty, is there any particular protocol that the two referees will have to respect and enforce?
The two referees will abide by the protocol drawn up by the federation. The rest will come from the rules of the game. This is the thing that matters.
3) the checks to the teams, will they always be with the appeal in the group of players? Or will it be done at the table without approaching? How do you consider this useful or do you now consider it obsolete? How does the Player Control phase work in the other more illustrious leagues?
The appeal has not been made for some seasons now. We simply limit ourselves to counting that the players marked on the scoresheet are the actual ones on the field. And adjust the shot before the start of the match. The teams are responsible for it. Otherwise the penalties of the case would also be nullified.
