La rubrica, condivisa ed in collaborazione con la Federazione Italiana Unihockey Floorball, sta suscitando molto interesse, stando alle  domande che giungono alla nostra mail.

Ciao Roland partiamo con le nostre domande.

1) se durante una partita ci si accorge che l'aria di gioco è più piccola cosa succede?

1) Nella routine pre gara un arbitro è tenuto a controllare l'integrità delle reti è la corretta segnalazione dei punti di ingaggio della zona di porta e delle zone di cambio e panche puniti. Qualora ci si dovesse accorgere tardi che le dimensioni delle aree disegnate non corrispondono a quelle definite nel regolamento, dovrebbero essere messe in regola alla prima interruzione di gara.

2) se un minorenne durante una partita rompe gli occhialetti e non ha il ricambio Cosa succede in base al regolamento italiano che impone l'obbligatorietà ai minorenni? Può comunque entrare in campo con una deroga oppure viene sanzionata la squadra?

2) La regola prevista dal Vademecum predice che un minorenne non può prendere parte al gioco senza indossare degli occhialini di protezione. Non sono previste deroghe perché viene sanzionato, come una penalità di materiale non conforme, con 2 minuti.

3) se durante una partita il tavolo si scorda di far partire il tempo e avviene un'azione dalla quale scaturisce un gol Ma che se fosse partito il tempo era palesemente scaduto cosa succede? Esiste una sanzione al tavolo? La squadra che subisce il gol può fare ricorso?

3) È una situazione che non può succedere perché il

compito della coppia arbitrale è controllare sempre che il tempo scorra regolarmente. Sopra tutto dopo un'interruzione, di norma un'arbitro fischia la ripresa e l'altro controlla che venga riattivato l'orologio.

Hi Roland let's start with our questions.

1) if during a game you notice that the playing area is smaller, what happens?

1) In the pre-match routine a referee is required to check the integrity of the goals and the correct signaling of the faceoff points of the goal area and of the substitution areas and penalty benches. Should it be realized late that the dimensions of the drawn areas do not correspond to those defined in the regulations, they should be brought into compliance at the first stoppage of the competition.

2) if a minor during a game breaks his glasses and does not have a replacement What happens according to the Italian regulation that imposes the compulsory nature of minors? Can he still enter the field with an exception or is the team sanctioned?

2) The rule provided by the Vademecum predicts that a minor cannot take part in the game without wearing protective goggles. There are no exceptions because it is sanctioned, such as a penalty for non-conforming material, with 2 minutes.

3) if during a game the table forgets to start the time and an action occurs which results in a goal. Is there a penalty at the table? Can the team that concedes the goal appeal?

3) It is a situation that cannot happen because the task of the referee couple is to always check that time runs smoothly. Above all, after an interruption, one referee usually blows his whistle for the restart and the other checks that the clock is reactivated.
