Torna la rubrica di Floorballmania, dedicata alle regole arbitrali e come ogni settimana Roland De Conno Pobitzer, Arbitro Federale italiano ed IFF, risponde alle domande che giungono nella redazione di Floorballmania.
La rubrica, condivisa ed in collaborazione con la Federazione Italiana Unihockey Floorball, sta suscitando molto interesse, stando alle domande che giungono alla nostra mail.
Ciao Roland partiamo con le nostre domande.
1) se durante un'azione di gioco la pallina si alza e nel ricadere all'interno dell'area grande, si incastra tra il braccio ed il petto del difensore, fermando di fatto l'azione cosa succede? Può essere rigore?
Dipende dalla situazione, ma credo che sia nell’interesse di ogni giocatore entrare in possesso palla in modo corretto per spazzare (nel caso di chi difende) o per segnare (nel caso di chi attacca). Nel momento che il difensore blocca la palla con il braccio bisogna capire se si stesse profilando una chiara occasione da gol, in questo caso viene fischiato rigore, altrimenti punizione diretta e penalità di due minuti per il difensore.
2) durante una partita un difensore fa un lancio scavalcando la squadra avversaria, l'ultimo difensore avversario salta fermando la pallina con la testa e dietro di lui c'è l'attaccante libero lanciato a rete, che tipo di sanzione si ravvede?
Da regolamento viene punito con una punizione diretta a favore della squadra che ha subito il torto.
3) Quando un gol arriva allo scadere del tempo ed un Arbitro da il gol ed erroneamente fischia anche la fine della partita, ci può essere ricorso visto che per convalidare il gol bisogna battere il centro campo?
La fine della partita viene decretata dal suono della sirena e non dal fischio dell’arbitro. Va da se che il gol che arriva allo scadere del tempo lascia sempre del tempo residuo, seppur minimo, da giocare. Da qui la ripresa con un ingaggio dal centrocampo.

Hi Roland let's start with our questions.
1) if during a game action the ball rises and when it falls back into the large area, it gets stuck between the arm and the chest of the defender, effectively stopping the action, what happens? Can it be rigor?
It depends on the situation, but I think it is in each player's interest to get hold of the ball correctly to sweep (in the case of the defender) or to score (in the case of the attacker). When the defender blocks the ball with his arm, it is necessary to understand if a clear scoring opportunity is emerging, in this case a penalty is whistled, otherwise direct punishment and a two-minute penalty for the defender.
2) during a game a defender throws a pass over the opposing team, the last opponent defender jumps stopping the ball with his head and behind him there is the free attacker launched at the net, what kind of sanction does he repent?
By regulation he is punished with a direct punishment in favor of the team that has been wronged.
3) When a goal arrives at the end of the time and a referee gives the goal and erroneously also whistles the end of the game, can there be recourse given that to validate the goal you have to beat the center of the field?
The end of the game is decreed by the sound of the siren and not by the referee's whistle. It goes without saying that the goal that arrives at the end of the time always leaves some remaining time, albeit minimal, to play. Hence the recovery with a signing from midfield.
