Torna la rubrica di Floorballmania, dedicata alle regole arbitrali e come ogni settimana Roland De Conno, Arbitro Federale italiano ed IFF, risponde alle domande che giungono nella redazione di Floorballmania.
La rubrica, condivisa ed in collaborazione con la Federazione Italiana Unihockey Floorball, sta suscitando molto interesse, stando alle domande che giungono alla nostra mail.
Ciao Roland partiamo con le nostre domande.
1) se durante una partita scoppia una rissa in campo che si risolve in pochi istanti, tornati alla normalità come si comporta l'arbitro? Se non ha bene identificato gli artifici, come si fanno le sanzioni? Che sanzioni ci sono?
Per una semplice situazione di spintoni reciproci senza sfociare in una vera e propria rissa generalmente si cerca in primis di reprimere gli animi bollenti, si ammonisce verbalmente e al limite si puó sanzionare con una penalitá di due minuti ad entrambe i giocatori. Non dovessero essere identificati si puó chiedere aiuto ai capitani, sono in campo anche per questo, dare una mano ai giudici di gara. Ovviamente se la situazione diventa un vero e proprio parapiglia si possono prendere anche strade con sanzioni piú pesanti, ricordo che per rissa é previsto il cartellino rosso.

2) secondo te il rigore era meglio con le regole di prima o quelle di adesso? La regola non svantaggia i portieri? Perché è stata cambiata?
Allora, diciamo che la regola dei rigori é stata scritta meglio. È meno difficile osservarli come arbitro e anche i giocatori sono piú liberi di inventarsi un modo per trarre in inganno il portiere. Non credo siano piú svantaggiati rispetto a prima, se un portiere copre bene gli spazi ha comunque ottime chance di parare un tiro di rigore. La porta in quei momenti diventa sempre „piú piccola“ 😊
3) parliamo della nuova stagione, quanta voglia vedi di ricominciare? Ieri hai letto e commentato il nostro articolo, non pensi che sarà un duro lavoro ricominciare? Se sta soffrendo la Finlandia come pensi l'Italia debba muoversi per ripartire?
Stiamo soffrendo tutti della situazione e la voglia di ricominciare é veramente tanta. Sia da parte dei giocatori piú esperti, che per coloro che ha iniziato da poco. Si é sentito molte volte, sembra una fase fatta, ma avendo io stesso una pargola di 5 anni posso solo confermarlo; i bambini piccoli sono forse la categoria che soffre di piú in quest’ultimo anno. Da noi viene spesso detto che i bambini non hanno „lobby“ quindi nessuna categoria che difenda i loro diritti, e vedendo la samba delle aperture e chiusure che si sono susseguite a livello italiano, per non parlare delle decisioni autonome della nostra provincia, vedo spesso situazioni che mi lasciano molto perplesso. Esempio classico: scuole chiuse e ricevitorie del lotto aperte (non me ne vogliano gli esercenti). Detto questo ho molta speranza che il dopo-pandemia porti con se molto vento nuovo.

Sará decisivo rendere appetibile il floorball agli occhi di chi ha voglia di ricominciare con lo sport, e avere delle regole ben precise per quanto riguarda la sicurezza, sará la chiave di tutto. Le famiglie che affideranno i loro bambini alle associazioni sportive guarderanno molto questo aspetto, e saremo noi a doverli convincere delle nostre potenzialitá. Non vedo l’ora arrivi questo momento. Gli occhi dei bambini sono pieni di speranze, sará compito nostro non deluderli nuovamente.

Hi Roland let's start with our questions.
1) if during a match a fight breaks out on the pitch that is resolved in a few moments, back to normal, how does the referee behave? If you have not properly identified the artifices, how are the sanctions done? What sanctions are there?
For a simple situation of mutual shoving without leading to a real fight, we generally try to repress the hot spirits, verbally warn and at the most it can be sanctioned with a two-minute penalty to both players. Should they not be identified, you can ask the captains for help, they are also on the field for this, to give a hand to the referees. Obviously, if the situation becomes a real turmoil, you can also take roads with heavier penalties, remember that for brawls there is a red card.
2) in your opinion the rigor was better with the rules of before or those of now? Doesn't the rule disadvantage goalkeepers? Why was it changed?
So, let's say that the penalty rule has been better written. It is less difficult to observe them as a referee and the players are also more free to invent a way to deceive the goalkeeper. I don't think they are more disadvantaged than before, if a goalkeeper covers the spaces well, he still has an excellent chance of saving a penalty shot. The door in those moments becomes more and more "smaller"
3) let's talk about the new season, how much do you want to start over? Yesterday you read and commented on our article, don't you think it will be hard work to start over? If Finland is suffering how do you think Italy should move to restart?
We are all suffering from the situation and the desire to start over is really great. Both by the more experienced players, and by those who have just started. It has been heard many times, it seems a complete phase, but having myself a pargola of 5 years I can only confirm it; small children are perhaps the category that suffers the most in this last year. We are often told that children have no "lobby" therefore no category that defends their rights, and seeing the samba of the openings and closings that have followed one another at the Italian level, not to mention the autonomous decisions of our province, I often see situations that leave me very perplexed. Classic example: closed schools and open lottery offices (I don't want the merchants). Having said that, I have great hope that the post-pandemic will bring with it a lot of new wind. It will be decisive to make floorball attractive in the eyes of those who want to start again with sport, and to have very specific rules regarding safety, will be the key to everything. Families who entrust their children to sports associations will look at this aspect a lot, and we will have to convince them of our potential. I can't wait for this moment to arrive. Children's eyes are full of hope, it will be our job not to let them down again.
