Torna la rubrica di Floorballmania, dedicata alle regole arbitrali e come ogni settimana Roland De Conno, Arbitro Federale italiano ed IFF, risponde alle domande che giungono nella redazione di Floorballmania.
La rubrica, condivisa ed in collaborazione con la Federazione Italiana Unihockey Floorball, sta suscitando molto interesse, stando alle domande che giungono alla nostra mail.
Ciao Roland partiamo con le nostre domande.
1) con il Covid, qualora si dovesse riprendere a giocare, quanti saranno gli ammessi alla lista da Gioco? Quanti tra dirigenti e Allenatori potranno essere inseriti?
A quanto avevo captato c’era nell’aria una riduzione degli atleti e degli accompagnatori iscritti al foglio di partita e la riduzione dei tempi di gioco. Di fatto però non è ancora stato deciso nulla, a quanto ne sono a conoscenza non sono stati presi provvedimenti neanche a livello internazionale.
A mio parere non avrebbe neanche molto senso, che io abbia 40 o 50 persone chiuse in un palazzetto, l’aria a disposizione è sempre la stessa… giocare all’aria aperta potrebbe essere più vantaggioso, sappiamo però che è poco praticabile. Tornare a giocare il più presto possibile sarebbe un grande sollievo per i ragazzi, ma questa è una mia opinione personale. Trovare delle regole sensate per giocare in sicurezza, il mio auspicio.
2) quando in un tiro di un attaccante la palla si ferma sopra la rete della porta di chi è la pallina e come si riprende il gioco.
Di norma se ne impossessa il portiere nell’immediato, non dovesse essere il caso, e quindi la pallina risultasse ingiocabile, si riprenderebbe con un ingaggio dal punto più vicino.
3) se durante un rigore l'attaccante si mette di spalle ed il portiere per spazzare la pallina prende il giocatore e dopo anche la pallina cosa succede? Se dovesse essere fallo da cartellino rosso, il rigore si ripete? E chi va in porta se appunto Il portiere è stato espulso?
Ho visto un video a riguardo, e la situazione profilata a mio parere è molto chiara. Bisogna sempre intuire la volontà del portiere, ma se per prendere la pallina falcia il giocatore diventa un chiaro fallo e il rigore va ripetuto.

Ovviamente la penalità per il portiere viene definita come da regolamento. Se dovesse essere comminata una penalità di 5 minuti o addirittura personale (cartellino rosso) la squadra ha a disposizione tre minuti di tempo per sostituire il portiere reo del fallo.

Hi Roland let's start with our questions.
1) with Covid, if you were to resume playing, how many will be admitted to the gaming list? How many managers and coaches can be included?
From what I had gathered, there was in the air a reduction in the number of athletes and companions registered on the match sheet and a reduction in playing times. In fact, however, nothing has yet been decided, as far as I am aware no measures have been taken even at the international level. In my opinion it would not even make much sense, that I have 40 or 50 people locked in a building, the air available is always the same ... playing outdoors could be more advantageous, but we know that it is impractical.
Getting back to playing as soon as possible would be a great relief for the boys, but that's my personal opinion. Finding sensible rules to play safely is my wish.
2) when in an attacker's shot the ball stops above the net of whose goal the ball is and how the game is restarted.
As a rule, the goalkeeper takes possession of it immediately, should this not be the case, and therefore the ball is unplayable, it would resume with a faceoff from the nearest point.
3) if during a penalty the attacker turns his back and the goalkeeper takes the player to sweep the ball and then also the ball what happens? Should it be a red card foul, will the penalty be repeated? And who goes into the goal if the goalkeeper has been sent off?
I saw a video about it, and the situation outlined in my opinion is very clear. You always have to guess the goalkeeper's will, but if the player mows to catch the ball it becomes a clear foul and the penalty must be repeated.
Obviously the penalty for the goalkeeper is defined as per regulation. If a penalty of 5 minutes or even personal (red card) is imposed, the team has three minutes to replace the goalkeeper guilty of the foul.
