Oggi per la prima volta sbarchiamo in Russia, grande nazione, grande in molto di quello che fa, ed una di queste è il floorball.
Grande squadra la Russia, team importante che si è sempre distinto nelle qualifiche delle competizioni mondiali, ma oggi non vi vogliamo parlare di attaccanti, portieri, difensori oppure Coach, no oggi torniamo a parlare di arbitri ma lo faremo al femminile.
Oggi parleremo e vi presenteremo una giovanissimo in questo ruolo ma già molto rispettata, stiamo parlando di Ksenia.
Ciao e grazie per aver accettato la nostra intervista.
1) Presentati ai nostri lettori, chi sei e cosa fai nella vita oltre ad essere un arbitro rispettato? Come stai vivendo questo periodo difficile di pandemia nel tuo paese?
1. Mi chiamo Ksenia e ho 15 anni, ma ne compirò 16 il 9 febbraio. Sono a scuola in 10a elementare e tra un anno prenderò l'USO. Oltre alla scuola, studio anche in una scuola di televisione e faccio pallavolo. Ho una vita abbastanza impegnata. Al momento non mi interessa davvero la pandemia, prendo precauzioni. La situazione nel nostro Paese è ora molto stabile. In precedenza, causava davvero molti disagi, perché gli scolari venivano trasferiti all'apprendimento a distanza, cosa che non mi piaceva affatto, e le sezioni sportive erano chiuse.
2) veniamo da te. Sei sempre stato l'arbitro? Come ti sei avvicinato al floorball? Con chi ti accoppi?
2. Ho iniziato a giudicare due anni fa, quando avevo ancora 13 anni. Tutto è iniziato con il desiderio. Volevo essere un arbitro per un bel po 'di tempo. Sono fortunato che gli arbitri, che al momento i miei colleghi, hanno deciso di organizzare corsi per formare nuovi arbitri. Ci sono state insegnate regole e varie nozioni di base, come movimento, obiettivi, compiti, l'aspetto dell'arbitro e simili. È stato un corso piuttosto breve e un mese dopo sono andato in campo per la prima volta come arbitro. Di recente, solo un mese fa, si è formata in Russia la prima coppia femminile di arbitri, che include me e Alina Rodionova. È anche un'aspirante arbitro.
3) in quale campionato arbitrate di più le partite? Che coppia di arbitri sei? Sei incline a parlare con i giocatori o solo con il Capitano?
3. Giudico partite diverse, ma questi sono principalmente giochi per bambini. Ma a causa della pandemia, non ci sono quasi gare, quindi ora sto giudicando il torneo maschile chiamato "FLOORBALL SHOP League of Moscow". Sono molto grato agli organizzatori che hanno creato questo progetto e continuano a provare per il bene dei giocatori, per i quali la pratica del gioco è quasi inaccessibile durante la pandemia. Giudico le partite sia con Alina che con altri arbitri. A volte, durante una partita, prima o dopo, posso essere avvicinato dai giocatori e fare alcune domande sulla mia decisione nel gioco, per esempio. Molto spesso, se il giocatore chiede gentilmente, puoi vedere il desiderio di saperne di più sui miei pensieri, piuttosto che essere indignato o in qualche modo opporsi alla mia decisione, risponderò e spiegherò tutto, anche se non è il capitano.
4) Campionato maschile o femminile, qual è il più difficile da arbitrare? Quali sono i falli più frequenti che sei costretto a fischiare?
4. Non sto ancora giudicando i campionati, perché è solo un arbitro alle prime armi, e il livello di campione è adatto ai miei colleghi più esperti. Ma, secondo me, è molto più difficile giudicare il campionato maschile, perché ci sono velocità diverse più veloci rispetto al campionato femminile. Inoltre, gli uomini hanno maggiori probabilità di avere qualche tipo di disturbo grave e sono più difficili per me. Il più delle volte ci sono colpi alle mazze e tremori. Registro queste violazioni più spesso.
5) Come è strutturato il settore dell'arbitrato in Russia? Mi spiego meglio, fai parte della federazione russa di floorball o sei comunque un organismo indipendente?
5. In Russia, il corpo arbitrale è un'organizzazione separata che fornisce l'arbitro per le partite in base a un contratto con la Federazione Russa.
6) Qual è stata la partita più difficile che hai dovuto arbitrare? E perché?
6. Penso che la partita più difficile sia stata quest'inverno al torneo maschile. Hanno partecipato due squadre uguali, che sono grandi rivali. Il gioco era abbastanza teso, le velocità erano abbastanza alte. Ma è stato anche uno dei giochi più interessanti per me, perché la dinamica e l'intrattenimento della partita erano al top, e quando partecipi a un gioco del genere non ti perdi un solo momento e ti immergi completamente nella partita, no come spettatore.
7) Insieme al tuo collega, come ti prepari per una partita importante? Quali informazioni prendi. Come si allena un arbitro?
7. In effetti, praticamente non mi sto preparando per le partite, mi limito a scoprire il programma del torneo, mi riscaldo prima della partita e io e il mio collega possiamo ipotizzare cosa ci aspetta e che tipo di violazione può essere in questo gioco. Gli arbitri praticamente non si allenano insieme ma, ad esempio, per me sono obbligatori due giorni di sport a settimana quando visito la palestra.
8) Ti piacerebbe, se non l'hai già fatto, arbitrare un evento internazionale? Se invece l'hai arbitrato tu che partita era? E che sentimenti hai provato?
8. Non ho ancora giudicato partite internazionali, ma lo sogno. Visitare un torneo in Svezia o in Finlandia è il mio obiettivo principale nel momento della mia vita.

9) Una domanda che pongo a tutti gli arbitri che sono stati da noi intervistati, a 59 minuti e 30 secondi di partita con risultato 3-3, cosa di queste situazioni che seguono, che non vorreste mai fischiare? E perché?
9. Penso che sia un cartellino rosso. Dopotutto, in un momento così teso, una tale multa può solo peggiorare le cose e portare, ad esempio, a una rissa.

1) Introduce yourself to our readers, who are you and what do you do in life as well as being a respected Referee? How are you experiencing this difficult pandemic time in your country?
1. My name is Ksenia and I'm 15, but I'll turn 16 on February 9. I'm in school in the 10th grade and in a year I'll take the USE. In addition to school, I also study at a television school and do volleyball.
I have a busy enough life. I don't really care about the pandemic at the moment, I take precautions. The situation in our country is now very stable. Previously, it really caused a lot of inconvenience, because schoolchildren were transferred to distance learning, which I did not like at all, and sports sections were closed.
2) we come to you. Have you always been the referee? How did you approach floorball? Who do you pair with?
2. I started judging two years ago when I was still 13 years old. It all started with desire. I wanted to be a referee for quite some time. I'm lucky that the referees, who at the moment my colleagues, decided to organize courses to train new referees. We were taught rules and various basics, such as movement, goals, tasks, the appearance of the referee, and the like. It was quite a short course and a month later I went to the court as a referee for the first time. Just recently, just a month ago, the first female couple of referees was formed in Russia, which includes me and Alina Rodionova. She's an aspiring referee, too.
3) in which league do you referee the matches most? What Referee Couple Are You? Are you inclined to talk to the players or just the Captain?
3. I judge different matches, but these are mostly children's games. But due to the pandemic, there are almost no competitions, so now I'm judging the men's tournament called the "FLOORBALL SHOP League of Moscow."
I am very grateful to the organizers who created this project and continue to try for the sake of players, for whom game practice is almost inaccessible during the pandemic. I judge matches with both Alina and other referees. Sometimes, during a match, before or after, I may be approached by players and asked some questions about my decision in the game, for example.
Most often, if the player asks politely, you can see the desire to learn more about my thoughts, rather than being indignant or somehow opposing my decision, I will answer and explain everything, even if it is not the captain.
4) Men's or women's championship, which one is the most difficult to referee? What are the most frequent fouls you are forced to whistle?
4. I'm not judging the championships yet, because it's just a novice referee, and the champion level is suitable for my more experienced colleagues. But, in my opinion, it's much harder to judge the men's championship, because there are different speeds faster than in the women's championship. Also, men are more likely to have some kind of severe disorders and they are harder for me. There are most often blows to clubs and tremors. I record these violations most often.
5) How is the arbitration sector framed in Russia? Let me explain, are you part of the Russian floorball federation or are you an independent body anyway?
5. In Russia, the referee's corps is a separate organization that provides the referee for games under a contract with the Russian Federation.
6) What is the most difficult match you have had to referee? And why?
6. I think the hardest match was this winter at the men's tournament. Two equal teams participated, which are big rivals. The game was tense enough, the speeds were high enough.
But it was also one of the most interesting games for me, because the dynamics and entertainment of the match were on top, and when you participate in such a game, you do not miss a single moment and immerse yourself in the match completely, not as a spectator.
7) Together with your colleague, how do you prepare for an important match? What information do you take. How does a referee train?
7. In fact, I'm practically not preparing for the games, I just find out the schedule of the tournament, warm up before the game and my colleague and I can assume what to wait for us and what kind of violation it may be in this game. The referees practically don't train together, but, for example, two days of sports are mandatory for me a week when I visit the gym.
8) Would you like, if you have not already done so, to referee an international event? If, on the other hand, you refereed it, which match was it? And what feelings did you have?
8. I haven't judged international games yet, but I dream of it. To visit a tournament in Sweden or Finland is my main goal for me at the moment of my life.
9) A question that I ask to all the referees who have been interviewed by us, at 59 minutes and 30 seconds of a match with the result 3-3, what of these situations that follow, that you would never want to whistle? And why?
9. I think it's a red card. After all, at such a tense moment, such a fine can only make things worse and lead, for example, to a fight.
