One season, the last one, perfect to say the least, a thoroughbred striker, one of those who strike terror when you have him in front of him, one of those strikers that a goalkeeper would never want to meet.
Player from the Czech Republic, born in 1993, left attacker and one meter and eighty two cm high, under the Pixbo team.
Elected by Innebandy magazinet, together with Kim Nilsson, the strongest floorball athlete in the world we are talking about Eliška Krupnová.
1) Hi and thank you for accepting our interview. Our readers are very curious, who is Eliška Krupnová?
Eliška Krupnová is a 27 years old floorball player. I was born in Czech Republic but I live in Gothenburg (Sweden) now where I moved about 5 years ago to play floorball in Pixbo Wallenstam and study chemistry/medicinal chemistry.
2) Let's do a little history, when did you start playing Floorball? Do you remember your first workout? Which team did you start with?
I was a very sporty child and tried many sports including football, tenis, table tennis, basketball and golf but one day, when I was maybe 12y old, I saw my friends playing floorball outside. I joined them and really liked it so I accepted their invitation to an official floorball practice. I do not remember my first practice in detail, just that it was a school hall with a green floor :) I have been enjoying playing floorball since then. With that said, I can highlight the fact that my first two years I played with boys. My first club was called FBC Marianske Lazne (Marianske Lazne is a small city close to German borders where I was born).
3) A season, the past one, to be framed that earned you the nomination of the best in the world, did you imagine you had done so much?
I have been playing on the highest level for a few years now and keeping my standard really high. I am the captain of the czech national team, I was the captain in Pixbo as well so I have been aware of my role and importance. However, to be selected as the best player in the world was very unexpected.
4) in 13 years of this award, you are the first girl from the Czech Republic to win this title, how do you feel? Now that you have reached the top, will it be difficult to repeat? Did you get the phone call or a message from the other 10 girls named?
As I mentioned, it was very unexpected for me so I was pretty surprised when they told me. I feel honored to receive this award really, it took me like two day to process it and truly realize it. To repeat it is extremely challenging but I will try. Not really, only from my teammates Ida Sundberg, she was 3rd and Denisa Ratajova who was 8th in that list.
5) What did they tell you about this award in your team? How's the season been going This year?
The vast majority of my teammates and coaches sent me their congratulations right away so that was very nice from them and warmed my heart. This season is not going very well for us, We do not perform as good as we can/want and lost quite a few points to the table however it is shortly after half of the season so there is still a lot of time and most importantly, it is the play-off that counts.
6) Now that you have received this nomination what are your future goals?
My nearest goal is to make a team achievement, win the swedish league with Pixbo Wallenstam and after that to win a medal from the world championship with my national team.
7) In Italy the women's movement is growing and you like the other champions are seen with great admiration, what could you say to these girls? What advice would you give to do well in floorball?
I am honored to be an inspiration to them and a role model. My advice to them is to enjoy playing floorball, keep training and motivate new generations as well. Keep healthy!
8) Pixbo - Falun is a very heartfelt game in the men's championship, is there a lot of rivalry in the women's league?
Yes, there are some games that are pretty rough but I would not say that Pixbo would have one big rival.
9) Lara Heini arrived in your team who was the goalkeeper of that game, bewitched for you, Czech Republic-Switzerland, have you ever talked about it? What happened in that match? Victory was now yours, but then what? -
We spoke about it just briefly and long after the match. It is my worst floorball experience and it is still a sensitive topic for me. I am trying to learn from it and let it make me stronger.
10) Let's finish with a game, build a line of play starting from you, made up of the best players you know, obviously starting from the goalkeeper.
My line would be: goalkeeper Lara Heini, defenders Ida Sundberg, Moa Tschöp, forwards Denisa Ratajova, Corin Rüttimann and me.

Siamo molto felici di presentarvi questa intervista, perché oggi vi portiamo a conoscere, a dir poco un fuoriclasse.
Una stagione, l'ultima, a dir poco perfetta, un attaccante purosangue, uno di quelli che spaventa quando lo hai davanti, uno di quegli attaccanti che un portiere non vorrebbe mai incontrare.
Giocatore della Repubblica Ceca, classe 1993, attaccante alta un metro e ottantadue, della squadra del Pixbo.
Eletta dalla rivista Innebandy, insieme a Kim Nilsson, l'atleta di floorball più forte del mondo, parliamo di Eliška Krupnová.
1) Ciao e grazie per aver accettato la nostra intervista. I nostri lettori sono molto curiosi, chi è Eliška Krupnová?
Eliška Krupnová è una giocatrice di floorball di 27 anni. Sono nato in Repubblica Ceca ma vivo a Göteborg (Svezia) ora dove mi sono trasferita circa 5 anni fa per giocare a floorball in Pixbo Wallenstam e studiare chimica / chimica medicinale.
2) Facciamo un po 'di storia, quando hai iniziato a giocare a Floorball? Ricordi il tuo primo allenamento? Con quale squadra hai iniziato?
Ero una bambina molto sportiva e ho provato molti sport tra cui calcio, tennis, ping pong, basket e golf ma un giorno, quando avevo forse 12 anni, ho visto i miei amici giocare a floorball all'aperto.

Mi sono unita a loro e mi è piaciuto molto, quindi ho accettato il loro invito a un allenamento ufficiale di floorball. Non ricordo il mio primo allenamento in dettaglio, solo che era una scuola con un pavimento verde :)
Da allora mi diverto a giocare a floorball. Detto questo, posso sottolineare il fatto che i miei primi due anni ho giocato con i ragazzi. Il mio primo club si chiamava FBC Marianske Lazne (Marianske Lazne è una piccola città vicino al confine tedesco dove sono nata).
3) Una stagione, quella passata, da incorniciare che ti è valsa la nomination di migliore al mondo, immaginavi di aver fatto così tanto?
Gioco ai massimi livelli ormai da alcuni anni e mantengo i miei standard altissimi. Sono il capitano della nazionale ceca, ero anche il capitano della Pixbo quindi sono consapevole del mio ruolo e della mia importanza.
Tuttavia, essere selezionata come il miglior giocatore del mondo è stato molto inaspettato.

4) in 13 anni di questo premio, sei la prima ragazza della Repubblica Ceca a vincere questo titolo, come ti senti? Ora che sei arrivato in cima, sarà difficile ripetere? Hai ricevuto la telefonata o un messaggio dalle altre 10 ragazze nominate?
Come ho già detto, è stato molto inaspettata per me, quindi sono rimasta piuttosto sorpresa quando me l'hanno detto. Mi sento davvero onorata di ricevere questo premio, mi ci sono voluti due giorni per elaborarlo e realizzarlo davvero.
Ripeterlo è estremamente impegnativo ma ci proverò. Non proprio, solo dai miei compagni di squadra Ida Sundberg, era terza e Denisa Ratajova che era ottava in quella lista.
5) Cosa ti hanno detto di questo premio nella tua squadra? Come sta andando la stagione quest'anno?
La stragrande maggioranza dei miei compagni di squadra e allenatori mi ha inviato subito le loro congratulazioni, quindi è stato molto gentile da parte loro e mi ha riscaldato il cuore.
Questa stagione non sta andando molto bene per noi, non ci comportiamo bene come possiamo / vogliamo e abbiamo perso parecchi punti in classifica, tuttavia è poco dopo metà della stagione quindi c'è ancora molto tempo e, cosa più importante , è lo spareggio che conta.

6) Ora che hai ricevuto questa nomination quali sono i tuoi obiettivi futuri?
Il mio obiettivo più vicino è quello di raggiungere un successo di squadra, vincere il campionato svedese con Pixbo Wallenstam e poi vincere una medaglia del campionato del mondo con la mia squadra nazionale.
7) In Italia il movimento femminile è in crescita e voi come gli altri campioni siete visti con grande ammirazione, cosa potreste dire a queste ragazze? Che consiglio daresti per fare bene nel floorball?
Sono onorato di essere un'ispirazione per loro e un modello. Il mio consiglio è di divertirsi giocando a floorball, continuare ad allenarsi e motivare anche le nuove generazioni. Stai in salute!
8) Pixbo - Il Falun è un gioco molto sentito nel campionato maschile, c'è molta rivalità nel campionato femminile?
Sì, ci sono alcuni giochi che sono piuttosto rozzi, ma non direi che Pixbo avrebbe un grande rivale.
9) Lara Heini è arrivata nella tua squadra che era il portiere di quella partita, stregata per te Repubblica Ceca-Svizzera, ne hai mai parlato? Cosa è successo in quella partita? La vittoria adesso era tua, ma poi cosa? -
Ne abbiamo parlato brevemente e molto dopo la partita. È la mia peggiore esperienza con il floorball ed è ancora un argomento delicato per me. Sto cercando di imparare da esso e lasciare che mi renda più forte.
10) Finiamo con una partita, costruiamo una linea di gioco partendo da te, composta dai migliori giocatori che conosci, ovviamente partendo dal portiere.
La mia linea sarebbe: il portiere Lara Heini, i difensori Ida Sundberg, Moa Tschöp, gli attaccanti Denisa Ratajova, Corin Rüttimann e io.
