Floorballmania torna a parlare ai propri utenti e non solo, con una puntata in web radio, ma non solo, questa volta andremo sui canali social di Facebook ed Instagram nelle nostre pagine. 

Alle ore 18:00 sulla pagina Facebook ci sarà la diretta video della nostra intervista radio ed oltre a me, che condurrò la puntata, ci sarà Vito ADRAGNA ospite fisso di FloorballMania nonché redattore del nostro Magazine.

La puntata sarà dedicata alla nutrizione dell'atleta e non solo, sul pre e post festività, ma soprattutto parleremo del modo corretto che un atleta si deve nutrire, per far si che le sue prestazioni aumentino di livello. 

 L'Ospite d'onore sarà il Dott. Davide SPARPAGLIA biologo, nutrizionista appassionato di sport nel quale ha concentrato gran parte del suo lavoro, lo portiamo nel nostro programma perchè il Dott. SPARPAGLIA, ha già lavorato nel mondo del Floorball e quello che dirà, domenica 27 dicembre alle ore 18:00, sulla pagina Facebook di FloorballMania, sarà utile a molti atleti nonché ai loro allenatori.
