Alberto Zavarella new Black Lions forward. He moves from the Titans of Pardubice in the Czech Republic to Rome in Italy.

 

Floorballmania today will introduce you to a new Black Lions player, he is Italian but has played and lived for many years in the Czech Republic, where he met and played Floorball.

In Italy, after making contact with the federation, he is directed to the nearest field, to the Sport green arena, from there after meeting Dario Falchi and some elements of the team, he falls in love with him and becomes a new Lion.

Winger of about one meter and eighty, excellent technique and vision of the field, can play on both sides of the field, a great shot. He played in one of the homeland of floorball, we are talking about Zavarella Alberto.

1) hello Alberto good morning and welcome to Italy. We tell our audience who Alberto is and what he does in life.

1) Hello to all Floorballmania readers, I'm Alberto Zavarella, I'm 16, I've been living in Rome since September.

I am attending the Seneca linguistic high school in Rome. I have been living in the Czech Republic for 12 years where I have practiced different sports (football, basketball, swimming) before floorball.

2) Alberto you have been playing Floorball for many years in the Czech Republic, how did you come into contact with this sport in that country?

2) My first contact with floorball took place already in elementary schools, also because the Czech Republic is one of the homeland of Floorball, it is played almost everywhere, from there I fell in love with it.

3) You played with the local team of the Titans of Pardubice, in the third league and then in the under 21, what memories do you have of your teammates?

3) I have wonderful memories of my teammates, I have made many friends in the team, we have been a very close team.

The first who convinced me to practice this sport was my classmate Štěpán Fürych and today I have to thank him.

4) You arrive in Italy and meet the Black Lions, after a meeting with their manager, Dario Falchi, the new experience begins.

What impression did you get of the guys you met? What impression did Dario and the Black Lions story make on you?

4) I immediately understood that it is a beautiful well-organized reality thanks also to Falchi Dario who is helping me a lot in entering the team.

The first impact with my teammates was positive. I immediately found myself very well, they have good technique and a lot of determination.

5) unfortunately the coronavirus has blocked the workouts that hopefully, at least for training, can be resumed as soon as possible. Are you curious to know and play fully with your new companions? We know they can't wait to play with you.

5) Yes, I'm curious and I can't wait to meet and play with my new teammates, it will be a great experience this season I feel it.

6) The Black Lions are a very young team that will compete in a championship of the Italian top flight, does this scare you? You know the Black Lions have a trademark, they win or lose they always fight to the end, do you like this attitude?

6) Yes, it scares me a little because I have never played at this level in Italy. But I can't wait to get started. Yes, I like to fight until the end and I know my team has great determination and never gives up.

7) Alberto on November 24th will end this DPCM and we hope we can train more or less regularly. When the championship starts, what do you think you can give to the team in terms of sports performance? And what do you expect from Black Lions?

7) I hope to give the Black Lions what I have learned in my Pardubice Titan team and to learn new techniques from them and then I expect a solid group.

8) In the summer the Black Lions, the senior team, always organize the seven-day sports meeting of which at least three are all together, what do you think?

8) Yes, I can't wait, these are very important situations to keep the whole team together, I will certainly not fail.
